Training and education pathways

We are in the process of mapping career pathways, exploring the suitability of current training and education provision is important to achieve this. We want to hear from you about what is effective, what doesn’t work and how we can collaborate to identify new education solutions that will ensure we have a strong and sustainable training and education infrastructure for individuals working in NHS Wales.

Professional Identity

We are here to listen to you and want to gather your views, experiences and expertise on professional identity. We hope that with your help we can provide the profession with a collective language. Having a shared language will enhance a sense of professional identity – to drive, attract, improve retention and promote wellbeing and increase engagement.

Career promotion

To accurately represent your profession and create promotional content that reflects this, we need your input. Promoting careers is essential for highlighting the incredible work being done, ensuring you get the recognition you deserve, and inspiring the next generation to your profession.
