AHCS Regulation Board Associate Member

AHCS are delighted to announce the recruitment for an Associate Member to join the AHCS Regulation Board. Please see the below recruitment pack which outlines the role, the AHCS Regulation Board and further details.

About the Associate Member role:

  • Contribute to decisions that impact the board’s key role in patient safety and the professions we regulate via our PSA-Accredited registers.
  • Play an active role in Regulation Board discussions

 

Essential criteria for the Associate Member role:

  •  Must be a current registrant on one of our PSA-Accredited voluntary registers
  • Must have the support of your line manager to enable you to attend Regulation Board meetings during work hours. Regulation Board meetings are held quarterly and are a mixture of virtual and in person meetings
  • Must be aware of the Nolan Principles of Public Life.

A CV and covering letter are required, please include your AHCS registration number. The covering letter should address the following:

  1. Why do you want to be an Regulation Board Associate Member?
  2. What interests you about the work of the AHCS?

 

Applications will close at 9am on Friday 9th of May.

 Applications will be assessed by Regulation Board Chair, Joy Tweed.

You will be notified if you have been shortlisted by Friday 23rd of May.

If appointed, you will receive support and mentoring from a Regulation Board member.
