HEIW launch Supervision Hub on the NHS Wales Leadership Portal

Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) have launched the Supervision Hub on Gwella, the NHS Wales Leadership Portal.

The hub explores the four functions of supervision:

• Educating
• Evaluating
• Restoring
• Improving

This site provides the necessary resources and information and signposts to policies and guidelines, fostering professional development and resilience. Inspired by the four functions of the A-EQUIP model, HEIW hope that the Supervision Hub enhances supervision practices across the workforce, improving care quality and promoting compassionate leadership, contributing to a healthier workforce and better service outcomes.
