Leadership Faculty Member
Divine Azange is a leadership coach who focuses on the power of diverse thinking and its impact on effective, compassionate leadership that drives improved health outcomes. With over 14 years’ experience as a health science leader, improvement coach and policy leader across NHS England and industry, Divine places the scientist‑leader at the heart of transformation—championing curiosity, evidence‑informed decision making and reflective practice.
He is committed to developing confident, authentic leaders who can navigate complexity, drive improvement and lead with purpose. Combining systems thinking, coaching principles and deep experience of organisational change, Divine supports professionals across healthcare and business to unlock their potential and shape transformative, inclusive futures that deliver meaningful outcomes
