The Academy for Healthcare Science is delighted to announce the appointment of our new Healthcare Science Clinical Leads, strengthening clinical leadership and representation across the UK and within key areas of healthcare science practice and policy.

These appointments mark an important step in enhancing the visibility, influence, and professional voice of healthcare scientists across all four nations, supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and innovative healthcare science services.

These Clinical Leads will work closely with the AHCS President, the Professional Bodies Council and wider partners to:

• Champion the healthcare science workforce across all specialisms and sectors
• Strengthen regulation, education, accreditation, and quality management frameworks
• Support equality, diversity and inclusion across the profession
• Advance new career pathways and professional standards
• Drive innovation, research, and collaboration across the UK
