NHS Scotland Events Team share call for sessions
NHS Scotland Events Team are delighted to advise the NHS Scotland Event 2026 will take place on Monday 21 September at the Technology & Innovation Centre (TIC), University of Strathclyde Glasgow. Please see the below message from the team about this opportunity:
Each year there is significant interest from NHS Scotland and partners to feature in the NHS Scotland Event Programme to showcase work that supports the challenges we face.
We are mindful of the pressures colleagues are under, however we would still like to be able to offer the opportunity to highlight the excellent work out in the service.
The maximum number of bids to be submitted from each NHS Board/ Organisation will be five bids.
The Event Programme will showcase work towards Transforming Health and Care Services through Collaboration and will feature:
- 8 x Parallel Sessions (each lasting 75 minutes)
- 2 x Spotlight Sessions (which consists of 3 x separate presentations in each of up to 20 minutes each)
Please see linked below the Call for Sessions Guidance and Session template for further information. Should you know of any projects/candidates who should be considered for a session please forward onto them for completion.
As detailed in the Guidance, once bids have been approved please advise the main contact to confirm their details to the Events Team at the NHS Scotland Events mailbox nhsscotlandevents@gov.scot.
They will then be issued with log-in details to upload their bid(s) onto the online application system.
