NHS Wales Careers are excited to announce that they will be hosting a “Support Your Workforce” session in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions.

This focus session is designed to help employers understand how the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) can support your organisation, both now and as you plan for future workforce needs.

This session will:

• Provide an overview of the DWP employer offer, including recruitment support.
• Share how we can help you access a wider and more diverse talent pool, including job-ready candidates.
• Outline the additional support available when recruiting young people, including opportunities for funding and development support (details will be shared during the session).
• Highlight how we can work with you to support sustainable recruitment and progression within your organisation.
